For example, some foods will cause fat to be stored on our body whilst others will support our metabolism and increase our body's ability to burn fat. If we are eating more of the former and less of the latter then gym sessions can be in vain.

I take a detailed case history of their health and lifestyle, and I analyse this before meeting my client, we then go over this in more detail and help them understand what might be the root cause of their health issue. I help clients with all manner of health issues such as IBS, skin issues, female hormone related conditions, weight management, thyroid health and more. I will then see my client for follow up appointments to ensure their programme is working well and is right for them, this ensures the best results.
