At Wellness International, we place client health at the heart of everything we do. Our range of health assessments is tailored to you as an individual and our service does not end when your consultation does.

We will track your progress, provide follow up tests and motivate and inspire you to build on your achievements and goals. Each Healthiness assessment includes a consultation with a specialist Health Care Assessor and doctor providing you with an opportunity to discuss any health concerns you may have.

A full report will be provided following the assessment which includes your resting measurements, exercise stress test, nutritional guidance and exercise prescription.
