This is just a quick line to thank you for your superb presentation on the 10th July in School. I am sure you have received regular feedback in the past on your talk but we were extremely impressed and the staff are keen to become involved and 'Know their numbers'!

Just a quick note to say how impressed I was with the 'fit to manage' scheme that I attended in June this year. I found it both comprehensive and informative in helping to plan a work and fitness scheldule for the future.
